Project Administration and Coordination. The project will be coordinated by Contractor staff and in compliance with 24 C.F.R. 570.502 (Applicability of uniform administrative requirements). The Contractor will perform all necessary and customary functions in the management and supervision of Contractor personnel for all work performed under the Contract. The Contractor will be responsible for compensation of Contractor staff with Contractor funds for all work performed under this Contract.

Project Administration and Coordination. The ENGINEER shall perform project administrative and coordination duties, including contract administration, project management, prepare meeting summaries of all meetings and telephone conversations, and other related administrative tasks (e.g., direct costs). The ENGINEER shall prepare subcontracts for sub-consultants activities and review sub-consultant work and invoices. The ENGINEER shall provide ongoing quality assurance and quality control to provide completeness of product and compliance with STATE procedures associated with the project, including the following subtasks:

  • Project Administration The Contractor shall provide project administration for all Subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and others involved in implementing the Work and shall coordinate administration efforts with those of the A/E and ODR in accordance with these Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions and provisions of Division 1 Specifications, and as outlined in the Pre- construction Conference.

If the Engineer fails to perform such duties in a conscientious and reasonable manner, the State may exercise its right to terminate this contract as hereinafter provided in Section T. Additionally, it is understood and agreed to by the Engineer and the State that the duties of the Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, the following services:
