Project Approval Services. 1.4.1 As required for the Project, the Professional shall (i) promptly assist the Owner in securing all approvals from governing authorities with jurisdiction over the Project. Without limitation, the Professional shall timely assist the Owner in making application for rezoning, site plan approval, local variances or other approvals, including completion of all necessary applications and supporting documentation; and, (ii) attend any and all meetings required to secure all approvals from governing authorities with jurisdiction over the Project if so directed by the Owner. 1.4.2 The Professional shall obtain Fire Department, Buildings Department, Highway Department and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) approval(s) when and where required. 1.4.3 The Professional shall perform all work necessary to obtain a Certificate(s) of Occupancy or Certificate(s) of Code Compliance as applicable. 1.4.4 Additional Required Services or Modified Required Services, if any, included in Project Approval Services are listed in Appendix 1 of this Chapter Two and incorporated herein by reference.

Project Approval Services. As required for the Project, the Architect shall promptly assist the Construction Manager and the County in securing all approvals from governing authorities with jurisdiction over the Project. Without limitation, the Architect shall timely assist the Construction Manager and the County in making application for rezoning, site plan approval, local variances or other approvals, including completion of all necessary applications and supporting documentation.
Project Approval Services. As required for the Project, the Architect shall be responsible for preparing, submitting and obtaining all required permits and approvals necessary for the Project, except for the building permits because they are the responsibility of the Construction Manager and the County.

Project Approval Services. 1.12.1 As required for the Project, the Professional shall provide the professional services necessary or useful to obtain regulatory approvals, permits, certificates, and other consents of any form from authorities having jurisdiction over the Project, including but not limited to, a construction permit from DASNY or a building permit from the appropriate regulatory authority and/or municipal corporation, and: 1. promptly prepare and file applications for regulatory approvals, construction permits, building permits, rezoning, site plan approval, local variances, or other approvals, permits, certificates, and other consents of any form including completion of necessary applications and supporting documentation; 2. attend any meetings required to secure regulatory approvals, permits, certificates, and other consents of any form from authorities and/or utilities having jurisdiction over the Project unless the Owner directs otherwise; 3. Include coordination with and approval of utilities unless specified elsewhere; 4. Authorities having jurisdiction over a Project may include, but are not limited to, New York City (NYC) Fire Department, NYC Buildings Department, NYC Transportation Department, NYCDEP, NYC Landmarks, New York State (NYS) Department of Transportation, NYS Department of Health, NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, and NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation; 5. This obligation of the Professional includes work necessary including but not limited to final inspections, to obtain a Certificate(s) of Occupancy or Certificate(s) of Code Compliance whichever is applicable; and 6. Required Supplemental Services, if any, included in Project Approval Services are listed in Appendix A of this Chapter Two and incorporated herein by reference.‌

  • Project Approval The County may issue a Job Order Authorization for the Work, to include the firm-fixed-price of the Job Order and the project duration. Contractor agrees that all clauses of this Contract are applicable to any Job Order issued hereunder. The County reserves the right to reject a Contractor’s Quote based on unjustifiable quantities and/or methods, performance periods, inadequate documentation, or other inconsistencies or deficiencies on the Contractor’s part in the sole opinion of the County. The County reserves the right to issue a unilateral Job Order authorization for the Work if a Quote price cannot be mutually agreed upon. This is based upon unjustifiable quantities in the sole opinion of the County. The County also reserves the right to not issue a Job Order Authorization if the County’s requirement is no longer valid or the project is not funded. In these instances, the Contractor has no right of claim to recover Quote expenses. The County may pursue continuing valid requirements by other means where Contract was not reached with the Contractor.

  • New Project Approval Consultant and District recognize that Consultant’s Services may include working on various projects for District. Consultant shall obtain the approval of District prior to the commencement of a new project.

  • Project Approvals The Borrower will promptly obtain all Project Approvals not heretofore obtained by the Borrower (including those listed and described on Schedule 8.22 (a) hereto and any other Project Approvals which may hereafter become required, necessary or desirable) and will furnish the Agent with evidence that the Borrower has obtained such Project Approvals promptly upon its request. The Borrower will give all such notices to, and take all such other actions with respect to, such Governmental Authority as may be required under applicable Requirements to construct the Improvements and to use, occupy and operate the Project following the completion of the construction of the Improvements. The Borrower will also promptly obtain all utility installations and connections required for the operation and servicing of the Project for its intended purposes, and will furnish the Agent with evidence thereof. The Borrower will duly perform and comply with all of the terms and conditions of all Project Approvals obtained at any time, including all Project Approvals listed and described on Schedules 8.22(a) and 8.22(b) hereto.

  • Approval of Plans and Specifications The Plans and Specifications will conform to the requirements and conditions set out by applicable law or any effective restrictive covenant, and to all governmental authorities which exercise jurisdiction over the Leased Premises or the construction thereon.
