PROJECT BUDGET AND TIMELINE. 4.1. The County will provide the Contractor with funds in an amount not to exceed the amount shown on the Budget Summary for purposes of completing the project described herein. The use of these funds shall be expressly limited to the activities described in this Contract. 4.2. The Contractor shall apply the funds received from the County under this Contract in accordance with the Budget Summary and the Statement of Work. 4.3. The Contractor shall carry out objectives anticipated in the RFA.
