PROJECT DATABASE. A. Grantee shall maintain a secure project database for all project activities including, but not limited to, the Clients served, services delivered directly to Clients, Client demographic data, and Client intake and assessment data.
PROJECT DATABASE. Project information will be tracked in a database and locations will be mapped in a GIS.
PROJECT DATABASE. A Project Database will serve as the center for all project information related to Watershed Connect. The Project Database will ultimately integrate with a web-based portal to provide key information to the project stakeholders and the Public. ⮚ Establish performance requirements, objectives, desired outcomes, and tools desired of the Project Database. ⮚ Design and construct the Project Database, including selection of the best platform suited to build the Database on. The cost of additional software licenses, if required, is excluded from the price proposal. ⮚ Populate and update the Project Database with existing and new information, including but not limited to the following details:
PROJECT DATABASE. The Consultant shall develop a database for the ADA Transition Plan using District approved software. The purpose of the database is to facilitate ongoing monitoring and updating of the final comprehensive ADA Transition Plan by District Staff. The database shall correlate all components of the Transition Plan, including but not limited to, Compliance and Facility reports, Facility Diagrams, Transition Plans, reference drawings, standard drawings, and photographs. The database shall be the property of the District when the ADA Transition Plan compilation is complete.
PROJECT DATABASE. At the request of the NCA and the Commission, SAO has developed a database for every Member State with contact information of the leading and associated partners involved in projects within the Health Information Strand of the EU Public Health Action Programme (see annex 6). SAO will continue updating the database. Country progress reports: Based on the outcomes of the evaluation of the NCA meetings that SAO carried out in 2006, the templates for the country progress reports will be adapted prior to the next meeting of the NCA (January 2007). In preparations of the NCA meetings in January 2007 and in the summer of 2007, SAO will send out this template to the CAs and process their reports into presentations, which SAO will give during the NCA meetings. Supporting the Commission in distributing information and requesting input SAO will continue to support on a daily basis the Commission in distributing policy related information to the NCA members and asking input for different purposes.
