Project Deadline. The Project must be Substantially Complete by no later than March 31, 2019, and all claims for payment must be submitted to the Province for payment no later than June 30, 2019.
Project Deadline. On or before December 31, 2025, the City shall complete the Project. In executing the Project, the City shall obtain and, upon request, provide the County with copies of all permits necessary to complete the Project.
Project Deadline. In consideration of the City’s commitment to provide the grant funds described above, you agree to complete the exterior building renovations at 000-000 Xxxx Xxxxxx West with a project completion date of no later than November 1, 2021. Any grant extensions must be requested and approved by the Main Street Board prior to November 1, 2021. Requests shall be submitted in writing to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx.
Project Deadline. A. The Company shall complete the Project within ( ) months after the Effective Date (“Project Deadline”). The City shall have a right to terminate this Agreement in the event the Company fails to meet the Project Deadline. During this period the Company shall provide evidence of building permit approval to the City’s Economic and Workforce Development Department (“Department”) within sixty (60) days of the Effective Date. For projects not requiring a building permit, the Company shall notify the Department by electronic and postal mail when it will start within the aforementioned sixty-day period.
B. The City, in its sole and absolute discretion, may authorize an extension of the Project Deadline for up to ninety (90) days to allow the Company to complete its obligations set forth in this Agreement in a timely manner if the Company is in compliance with this Agreement and the Company is taking reasonable steps to complete its obligations set forth in this Agreement within such ninety (90) day period. Any authorization to extend the Project Deadline shall be in writing and approved by the Mayor.
C. The Company may request a ninety (90) day extension after the Effective Date to secure additional financing before the above deadlines will commence. The decision on any request for an additional extension(s) based on these grounds due to extenuating circumstances will be made by the Mayor.
D. Any extensions of Project Deadlines beyond those specified above and/or material changes in the Project shall only be approved via a formal amendment to the grant agreement pursuant to Paragraph 22 of this agreement.
Project Deadline. The Project must be Substantially Complete by no later than the Project End Date as prescribed on Schedule B (Statement of Work), and all claims for payment must be submitted to the Province for payment no later than the Final Claim Due Date as stated on Schedule C (Statement of Financial Contribution), unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Canada and the Province.
Project Deadline. The specific implementation of the project can be divided into three nodes: 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months. The term of the project begins on the date of finishing verification of the target of the starting strain.
Project Deadline. The inspection shall be completed within 90 days of project award.
Project Deadline. 4.1 The deadline for the execution of the Contract will be determined to best ability of the Contractor but can only have an indicative value.
Project Deadline. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, Seller must completely install the Project and the Project must meet the criteria set forth in Section 1.5(b)(i)(A)-(D) by obtaining a Project Completion Date by the Project Completion Deadline. In the event that (a) the Project Completion Date will not or does not occur on or before the Project Completion Deadline; (b) the Project Completion Date will not occur due to any termination of this Agreement as a result of an Event of Default by Seller occurring on or before the Project Completion Deadline; or (c) Seller abandons the Project, SDG&E shall be entitled to:
(i) The Delivery Date Security in the Settlement Amount, including the right to draw on and retain for its sole benefit any Letter of Credit and the proceeds thereof, as well as any Cash, posted as Delivery Date Security; and (ii) Terminate this Agreement. If SDG&E terminates this Agreement pursuant to this Section 1.2, any amount of Delivery Date Security that Seller has not yet posted with SDG&E will be immediately due and payable by Seller to SDG&E.
Project Deadline. All Qualifying Investment shall be deemed to have been made on the date the Project is completed. If the Project is completed more than 30 months after the Award Date, the Project shall not be eligible for any Tax Benefits under the Program or this Contract. IEDA with the approval of the Board may, solely in its discretion, provide additional time beyond the 30 months from the Award Date for the Recipient to complete the Project. However, IEDA shall not provide more than a total of 12 months additional time for the Project to be completed. Failure to complete the Project within the timeline described in this Section 3.5(d) shall result in the Recipient receiving no Tax Benefits under the Program or this Contract.
