Project Description and Scope. The Company, at its sole expense, shall:
a. Procure and install the Project Facilities, as defined in the Recitals and as further specified here: a 2 span tap line from the ▇▇▇▇▇ to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ 46 kV line between switches 40A and 43A to the new A-frame structure located in the Island Road substation;
b. Interconnect the Project Facilities to the Company’s transmission system;
c. Allow for load service from the Project Facilities and settle all service taken from the Project Facilities under the terms of the UAMPS TSOA; and
d. Remove the Project Facilities upon completion and utilization of the New POD Project.
Project Description and Scope. Effective August 1, 2017, the United States Postal Service (“USPS”) will require Trillium to be capable of decrypting SHA- 256 data (“256-bit encryption”). As a result, companies utilizing USPS products, Delivery Point Validation (“DPV”), LACSLink™, SuiteLink™, and/or Residential Delivery Indicator (“RDI”), will be required to upgrade to Trillium Software System v15.5 ("TSS v15.5"). Customer is currently utilizing DPV on Trillium Software System v14 (“TSS v14”). As of August 1, 2017, the current unencrypted version of these USPS data products will no longer be available for delivery for TSS v14.
Project Description and Scope. In order for Company to provide the Point-to-Point Transmission Service, among other things, the installation of CT/VTs at Red Butte substation, recalculation of the relay settings for the 345 kV Red Butte-▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and 230 kV ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ Canyon lines and performance of WECC path rating process to uprate the path rating of the existing TOT2C path are required. The scope of the Project it more fully described in Exhibit B.
Project Description and Scope. The successful offeror will provide financial contributions to Salem State College. Offerors must explain in detail how they propose to provide financial contributions to Salem State College in exchange for the right to be the exclusive beverage provider on campus. Academic, marketing, development and product information must be stated in annualized real dollars. In addition, there may be other “visibility” or advertising opportunities that may be available to the successful respondent. These opportunities could include but are not limited to advertising space at the College’s sporting events, lecture series, theater performances, and other opportunities where attendance would be predominantly external from the College community. The respondents should separately identify those “visibility” opportunities they would envision participating in and their anticipated support given for these endeavors. This support would be in excess of the contribution and commissions associated with the basic exclusivity aspect of this proposal.
Project Description and Scope. Professional consultant services are required to support development of the conceptual stormwater infrastructure improvements within an 8.80-acre parcel owned by St. Lucie County located immediately east of Citrus Avenue/ Mallard Court intersection. This parcel was identified within the Melville Road Drainage Study Existing Conditions Report as a potential stormwater management facility site to serve approximately 61- acres within the overall 175-acre residential drainage basin. St. Lucie County has initiated a project to improve the conveyance of stormwater runoff along County maintained roadside ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and provide stormwater management facilities to provide water quality treatment prior to discharge to the North Fork of the St. Lucie River. Design criteria for this project shall meet South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), St. Lucie County and The Florida Green Book Design Parameters.
Project Description and Scope. AUSD is interested in the installation of a PV system to generate energy that would be purchased by AUSD. AUSD has identified the Sites that will be used for PV installation above in Section 1.A. and will provide the selected Respondent with order of priority. It is expected that the Respondent:
1) Provides a proposal for a solar PPA to AUSD that:
a. Is fixed per kWh ($/kWh) for each Site with an annual escalator of no more than 1% per year for the 25‐year agreement;
b. Provides a guaranteed output for each of the Sites and system for the duration of the PPA;
c. Is owned, operated and maintained by the Respondent;
d. Offers AUSD the ability to purchase all the systems each year starting in year 7 with a total cost of purchase that is no more than $1 at the end of the 25‐year PPA;
e. May contain battery storage in addition or in place of the solar PV system if it adds additional value to the offer to AUSD; and
f. Uses the calculator provided in Appendix B to calculate the value of the system.
2) Utilize a DSA pre‐approved solar canopy style installation and connect to the utility at the meter location as indicated on the drawings in Appendix A. AUSD will reserve the right to reject any design it does not feel meets this intent.
3) Utilize the AUSD provided maps for each of the Sites, indicating the areas that are acceptable for a solar installation, to site the canopies (see Appendix A). The installation priority for the Sites shall be followed, as specified.
4) Do not provide more solar than the Site can utilize, as defined in Appendix B.
5) Optional: include battery storage at any or no Sites. Include battery storage in Appendix B spreadsheets.
6) Do not propose installations that incumber AUSD’s ability to continue to operate their Sites as they are currently operating. AUSD will reserve the right to remove any solar canopies that do not meet this objective from the PPA or disqualify the Respondent if this is not followed.
7) Where avoidable, AUSD does not wish to lose any parking spots. For each of the Sites, the estimated number of lost parking spots due to the PV canopy support shall be indicated. AUSD shall assume all costs related to ADA upgrades required as a result of disruptions to parking lots.
8) Assume all responsibility for security and liability for the system during its operation.
9) Be responsible for all activities related to interconnection and metering with Southern California Edison (SCE).

In order for Company to provide the Service, among other things, each of the Ben Lomond-El Monte 138kV transmission line (circuit #1), the Goshen-Fish Creek-Grace 161 kV transmission line, and the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇- Treasureton 138kV transmission line will require the rebuilding of various structures and reconductoring of various conductor, and each of the Ben Lomond, El Monte, Treasureton, Oneida, Grace and Goshen Substations will require various upgrades for both electrical and protective equipment, as more fully described in Exhibit B.
