PROJECT DETAILED INFORMATION. The LDC and the Independent Electricity System Operator (the “IESO”) shall have the right to publicize the features or equipment described in the Application to potential participants who are considering the Retrofit Program and may refer any interested party to the Participant, unless the Participant clearly indicates which sections of the Application are to remain confidential or otherwise provides a written request to the LDC that this information remain confidential.
