Common use of Project Engineering Plan Clause in Contracts

Project Engineering Plan. Contractor shall produce a detailed project engineering plan (“Project Engineering Plan”) for review by Owner within sixty (60) Days after Notice to Proceed. The Project Engineering Plan will provide a summary of the procedures, plans, and execution methodologies to be used by Contractor to develop the engineering design in accordance with the Applicable Codes and Standards and the requirements of the Agreement.
