Project Execution Plan. Without prejudice to any other provision of this Attachment A or the Agreement which sets out specific requirements for any of the plans or documents listed below, within sixty (60) Days after Notice to Proceed, Contractor shall submit to Owner for review Contractor’s project execution plan (“Project Execution Plan”), which shall address, summarize, and provide a schedule for development and finalization of the following plans, procedures, and other documents:
a. Project objectives;
b. Project management;
c. Project Engineering Plan;
d. Document Management Plan;
e. Project Controls Plan;
f. Project Procurement Plan;
g. Revisions to Attachment G, if any;
h. Document control plan;
i. Communications plan;
j. Subcontractor list;
k. Project Subcontract Plan;
l. HSE Plan;
m. Interface management plan;
n. Project Quality Plan;
o. Project Construction Plan;
p. Project Commissioning Plan;
q. Performance Test Procedures;
r. Labor relations plan;
s. Management of change plan; and
t. Operations training plan.
Project Execution Plan. (i) Northwind shall develop a project execution plan (the "Project Plan") that shall be comprised of a Plant Schedule and estimated Plant testing and Start-up dates. The Project Plan, which shall be based on the Plant Scope, shall include a definition of the construction work, major milestones, Critical Path Activities, and scheduled date of completion and shall state that the Plant is scheduled to commence operation no later than the Final Completion Deadline.
(a) The Plant Schedule shall identify as Critical Path Activities those key milestones to be achieved in order to achieve Substantial Completion on or before the Substantial Completion Deadline. The Plant Schedule also shall indicate the proposed dates of starting and completion of the Work, including dates for fabrication, assembly, installation, testing and completion of the Critical Path Activities and other major components of the Work. In preparing the Plant Schedule and in order to complete the Work within the time required by this Agreement, Northwind will take into consideration and make allowance for customary delays and hindrances incident to such Work in accordance with generally accepted construction management practices, whether growing out of delays of common carriers, delays in securing materials or workmen, delays in Northwind securing necessary approvals, Northwind delays or otherwise (excluding delays for which an extension of time is allowable under Section 11). Northwind, in consultation with Aladdin, shall update the Plant Schedule to reflect changes necessitated by Sections 9 and/or 11 hereof.
(ii) An initial draft of the Project Plan shall be delivered by Northwind to Aladdin for Aladdin's review no later than thirty (30) days after receipt by Northwind from Aladdin of a Notice to Proceed. Aladdin agrees to provide any comments regarding the Project Plan to Northwind within ten (10) days of receipt thereof. Aladdin's failure to comment in writing within such period shall be deemed to constitute Aladdin's acceptance of the Project Plan. Review, comment or acceptance (or the lack thereof) by Aladdin shall not in any way affect or reduce Northwind's obligations to complete the Work in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Northwind agrees to consider in good faith any and all comments made by Aladdin. Within ten (10) days of receipt of comments from Aladdin, Northwind and Aladdin shall meet at a mutually acceptable time and place to discuss Aladdin's comments. If Northwind...

Project Execution Plan. Turnkey Contractor’s Project Execution Plan will be maintained throughout the term of this Agreement that provides the guidelines by which the Work will be performed and delivered. The Project Execution Plan shall contain, among other materials, an organisational chart, correspondence procedures, a Work filing system, procedures for the review of the Design Documents and project progress and verification procedures to be implemented for use by the MEP Participants.
Project Execution Plan. As a condition precedent to Owner’s obligation to pay Contractor’s first Application for Payment following the Effective Date, Contractor must submit its detailed “Project Execution Plan” for performing its Work at the Site.
Project Execution Plan. 11.1. Following the signing of this Contract (ARO) a kick-off meeting will be held on Site in order for the Parties to define and finalize technical and administrative issues necessary for the commencement of the Works, as further detailed in section 7.3.5.4 of the Technical Specifications (the "Kick-Off Meeting").
11.2. As part of the Kick-Off Meeting the Supplier shall perform the Official and Final Site Survey, and shall perform any additional necessary inspections on site. Failure by the Supplier to perform the Site Survey, or any part thereof, shall not derogate from the Supplier's responsibility for the completion of the Project in full and in time in accordance with the provisions of the Contract.
Project Execution Plan. The Engineer shall establish a Design Team – identify key project personnel for design, engineering and construction administration, confirm all sub-consultants and their prospective disciplines. The Design Team shall outline the design schedule and compliance with Project Team requirements. The Design Team shall outline the anticipated construction schedule and compliance with Project Team requirements. Identify long-lead materials, materials procured outside of the US, etc. The Design Team shall assist in identifying costs for particular design aspects, façade, building systems, roof system, integration with surrounding landscape, etc. S CHEMATIC DESIGN (“SD”) PHASE The Design Team shall meet with Project Team as required and prepare SD documents. The Design Team shall make presentations to the Project Team and make any required design changes. Attending weekly project meetings (or as many meetings as required) including the coordination of a weekly action item list and “look ahead” with Project Team. Attend public design review meetings and other public meetings with BBP, as required. Collaborate with the Cost Management team to develop/check budget against client scope including the integration of any Value Engineering solutions required to maintain budget. Schematic Design package to include: o Floor plans o Elevations and/or sketches that the show the intent of creative ideas for various spaces. o Initial intent of finishes (preliminary finish plans, notes, etc.) Obtain written Project Team approval before proceeding to Design Development.
Project Execution Plan. A complete Project Execution Plan for the Site shall be provided for review, which shall at a minimum address the following:
(a) Material storage location
(b) Lay-down and layout yard location
(c) Site office location
(d) Access and mobilization
(e) Crane locations and traffic control
(f) Method of installation
(g) Human resources and staffing

b. Project management;
c. Project Engineering Plan;
d. Document Management Plan;
e. Project Controls Plan;
f. Project Procurement Plan;
g. Revisions to Attachment 7, if any;
h. Document control Plan;
i. Communications Plan;
j. Subcontractor list;

Contractor will prepare overall execution plan which will cover these sections.
