Project Leaders. Within [**] Business Days after the Effective Date, each Party will appoint (and provide written notice to the other Party of the identity of) a senior representative having a general understanding of biopharmaceutical discovery and development issues to act as its project leader under this Agreement (each, a “Project Leader”). The Project Leaders will serve as the contact point between the Parties with respect to the Research Program, and will be primarily responsible for: (a) facilitating the flow of information and otherwise promoting communication, coordination of the day-to-day work and collaboration between the Parties; (b) providing single point communication for seeking consensus internally within the respective Party’s organization; and (c) raising cross-Party or cross-functional disputes in a timely manner. The Project Leaders shall conduct regular telephone conferences as deemed necessary or appropriate, to exchange informal information regarding the progress of the Research Program. Each Party may change its designated Project Leader from time to time upon prior written notice to the other Party. Each Project Leader may designate a substitute to temporarily perform the functions of that Project Leader by prior written notice to the other Party.

Project Leaders. Gen-Probe and Chiron will each appoint a project leader (each a "Project Leader") who is responsible for (a) assembling project teams for his or her respective party and (b) completing project responsibilities allocated to such party in Section 2.5. For the purposes of completing the WNV Development Program, these Project Leaders will report to the Project Manager. The Project Leader employed by a party shall be responsible for reporting to the employing party whether he or she believes the other party has proceeded diligently with its stated obligations under the WNV Development Program, has allocated sufficient personnel, equipment, facilities and other resources to achieve the objectives of the WNV Development Program and has exercised Commercially Reasonable Efforts to achieve its objectives efficiently and expeditiously.
Project Leaders. APSA and Targacept shall each appoint one or more persons to coordinate their respective activities under the Research (“Project Leaders”). In advance of each meeting of the ERC, the Project Leaders shall prepare and distribute to each member of the ERC a written report which shall (a) evaluate the work performed under the Research in relation to the goals of such program, and (b) state any recommendation of the Project Leaders to modify, alter the resources of, or revise the priorities of, the Research.
Project Leaders. Each Party shall designate one of its appointed members of the Project Team as its primary point of contact and lead representative for matters related to the Project (each, a “Project Leader”). Meetings of the Project Team shall be jointly chaired by the Project Leaders. A Party may change its designated Project Leader by providing written notice to the other Parties to that effect. The Project Leaders will be responsible for establishing meeting schedules and agendas, for generating mutually acceptable minutes of Project Team meetings and for any other administrative matters related to Project Team meetings. The Project Leader may elect to delegate these responsibilities to other members of the Project Team. The Project Leaders may elect to rotate and/or otherwise allocate those responsibilities between themselves.
Project Leaders. The Project Leaders will be responsible for receiving and answering technical questions and resolving technical issues in the areas for which they have been designated.
Project Leaders. Merck and Metabasis each shall appoint a person (a "Project Leader") from the Committee to coordinate its part of the Research Program. The Project Leaders shall be the primary contact between the Parties with respect to the Research Program. Each Party shall notify the other Party as soon as practicable upon changing this appointment.
Project Leaders. Agensys and Ambrx each shall appoint a person (a “Project Leader”) from the JPT to coordinate its part of the Research Program and activities under any MTA. The Project Leaders shall be the primary contact between the Parties with respect to the Research Program and the MTAs. Each Party shall notify the other within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date of the appointment of its Project Leader and shall notify the other Party as soon as practicable upon changing this appointment. The Parties further agree that Project Leaders may be substituted from time to time upon written notice to the other Party.
Project Leaders. CCSI and GE each shall appoint a person (a --------------- "Project Leader") to coordinate its part of the Commercialization Program. The Project Leaders shall be the primary contacts between the parties with respect to the Commercialization Program. Each party shall notify the other within thirty (30) days after the date of this Agreement of the appointment of its Project Leader and shall notify the other party as soon as practicable upon changing this appointment. A Project Leader may be, but shall not be required to be, a member of the Management Committee.
Project Leaders. Each Party shall appoint, and notify the other Party of the identity of, a project leader who will be the primary point of contact for communicating all instructions and information to the other Party (“Project Leader”). The Parties shall procure that the Project Leaders will communicate with each other during the Collaboration Term, by telephone, email and letter or face-to-face, as often as is reasonably necessary for each Party to update the other on the progress of the activities under the Collaboration Plan. Each Party may change its Project Leader at any time by giving written notice to the other Party, provided that there shall always be a designated Project Leader for each Party for the duration of the Collaboration Term and, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties, the Project Leaders will be discharged from such role at the end of the Collaboration Term.
