Common use of Project Leaders Clause in Contracts

Project Leaders. Each Party shall designate one of its appointed members of the Project Team as its primary point of contact and lead representative for matters related to the Project (each, a “Project Leader”). Meetings of the Project Team shall be jointly chaired by the Project Leaders. A Party may change its designated Project Leader by providing written notice to the other Parties to that effect. The Project Leaders will be responsible for establishing meeting schedules and agendas, for generating mutually acceptable minutes of Project Team meetings and for any other administrative matters related to Project Team meetings. The Project Leader may elect to delegate these responsibilities to other members of the Project Team. The Project Leaders may elect to rotate and/or otherwise allocate those responsibilities between themselves.
