Project Liaison. The CPC may designate a Project Liaison for the project being funded by this Grant Agreement. The Project Liaison may be either a municipal employee or a consultant retained by the CPC for that purpose. The Recipient shall cooperate with the Project Liaison, including providing access to the project site at reasonable times and with reasonable notice. The Project Liaison shall serve as the agent of the CPC for the purpose of monitoring project compliance with the terms of this Grant Agreement and shall periodically report to the CPC regarding the progress of the project funded by this Grant Agreement and the compliance of the Recipient with the terms of this Grant Agreement.
Project Liaison. Within thirty (30) calendar days from the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Project Sponsor shall notify the Air District of the Project Sponsor’s Project Liaison and of the Liaison’s address, telephone number, and email address. The Project Liaison shall be the liaison to the Air District pertaining to implementation of this Agreement and shall be the day-to-day contact about the Project. All correspondence shall be addressed to the Project Liaison. The Project Liaison shall notify the Air District of a change of Project Liaison or of the Liaison’s contact information in writing no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the change.
Project Liaison. Merck and Ablynx each shall appoint a person (a “Project Liaison”) to coordinate its part of the Research Programs. The Project Liaisons shall be the primary contact between the Parties with respect to the Research Programs as well as with respect to subsequent Development activities hereunder until the Initiation of the first Phase I Clinical Trial with respect to a Product. Each Party shall notify the other within […***…] of the Effective Date of the appointment of its Project Liaison and shall notify the other Party as soon as practicable upon changing this appointment. The role of the Project Liaison shall terminate upon the Initiation of the first Phase I Clinical Trial with respect to a Product. CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED. INFORMATION FOR WHICH CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT HAS BEEN REQUESTED IS OMITTED AND MARKED WITH “[...***...]”. AN UNREDACTED VERSION OF THE DOCUMENT HAS ALSO BEEN FURNISHED SEPARATELY TO THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION AS REQUIRED BY RULE 406 UNDER THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933, AS AMENDED.
Project Liaison. The City at its sole discretion may designate a Project Liaison for the Project. The Recipient shall cooperate with the Project Liaison, including providing access to the Project Location at reasonable times and with reasonable notice, and as further specified in Section 9.
Project Liaison. 3.1. The CONTRACTOR and COMPANY will each designate a liaison to facilitate communication. Each Party may change its liaison at any time by written notice to the other Party. The CONTRACTOR agrees to meet periodically at the reasonable request of COMPANY to hold informal meetings on the progress of the Services with respect to Projects. If the frequency or duration of meetings exceeds a reasonable amount upon discussion with COMPANY, upon prior written notice to COMPANY, CONTRACTOR may charge COMPANY for additional time requirements to meet these requirements. COMPANY may visit the CONTRACTOR and its facilities with reasonable notice and agreement with CONTRACTOR during business hours to: (a) observe the progress of the Services, (b) inspect the work being done and materials being used, and (c) consult with CONTRACTOR's personnel concerning the Services. COMPANY right to request audit to be per the terms of the most current executed Quality Agreement. Any visits to CONTRACTOR facilities by additional third parties at COMPANY request, must be subject to confidentiality terms and may be subject to additional fees. The CONTRACTOR will provide safe and proper facilities for said representatives of COMPANY to accomplish any and all of the foregoing.
Project Liaison. Each Party hereby designates a Project Liaison who will be responsible for the oversight of the activities described herein and will be the point of contact for the day-to-day activities regarding the implementation of this MOU. The Project Liaison will serve as the primary point of contact for this MOU and to whom communications should be sent, unless otherwise specified in this MOU. The Project Liaison will not have authority to execute or terminate this MOU or amendments thereto. Each Project Agreement will also include a Project Liaison. Project Liaison. 13.4.1. Developer shall liaise with the Department and other Governmental Authorities, companies including Utilities and adjoining jurisdictions to ensure that planned maintenance and other proposed Closures do not conflict with closures on adjacent facilities or Governmental Approvals or Permits granted for right of access or special hauling.
13.4.2. Developer shall liaise with the Department to keep informed of Governmental Approvals or Permits granted for the Project.
13.4.3. Developer shall provide the Department with one point-of-contact, Xxxxxxxxx’s Representative, as a member of Developer’s Key Personnel with authority to coordinate all O&M Work. The Department will require contact details for the primary, secondary and back-up contacts that are knowledgeable with the O&M Work and have decision making authority.

Project Liaison. In addition to the R&D COMMITTEE, each PARTY shall designate a “PROJECT LIAISON” for the PROJECT. A PARTY may change its PROJECT LIAISON by written notice to the other PARTY. The PROJECT LIAISONs are expected to interact regularly, on a monthly basis at least. Each PARTY’s PROJECT LIAISON shall be reasonably available to discuss and shall promptly inform the other PARTY’s PROJECT LIAISON of any and all PROJECT KNOW-HOW and PROJECT INVENTIONs jointly invented by the PARTIES. SYNERON’s initial PROJECT LIAISON shall be Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx. P&G’s initial PROJECT LIAISON shall be Xxxx Xxxxx. Either PARTY may change its PROJECT LIAISON upon written notice to the other PARTY.
