Project Coordination. The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality and consistency of deliverables and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.
Project Coordination. Authorized representatives shall represent City and Consultant in all matters pertaining to this Agreement.
Project Coordination. 5.4.1 AT&T OKLAHOMA will provide project management support to effectuate changes of the types identified in Sections 5.4.2.
5.4.2 AT&T OKLAHOMA will provide project management support to minimize any possible service outages during any CLEC to CLEC Mass Migration. Should AT&T OKLAHOMA’s most current version of LSOR or ASOR guidelines not support the required order activity, AT&T OKLAHOMA will issue service orders at the manual rate, as specified in the Appendix Pricing, Schedule of Prices to this Agreement, based upon type of service provided, and on the condition that CLEC provides to AT&T OKLAHOMA any and all information AT&T OKLAHOMA reasonably requests to effectuate such changes.

Project Coordination. This task will consist of overall project management including meetings and coordination with the Commission’s Chief Engineer, the Commission’s Engineering Department, subconsultants, subcontractors and preparation of progress reports. • An initial kick-off meeting will be held prior to the commencement of work. A total of three (3) additional Final Design meetings with the Commission are anticipated. Coordination and support will be maintained with all technical disciplines throughout the project. • The design schedule included with this proposal will be refined and updated. • Technical reviews of other disciplines work will be performed as required. • QA/QC reviews will be performed for all submissions. • Memorandums will be prepared for distribution. • Prepare and solicit M&PT subcontract for traffic control during surveying and geotechnical investigation.
Project Coordination. The Contractor shall provide for the complete coordination of the construction effort. This shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, coordination of the following:
8.16.1 Flow of material and equipment from suppliers.
8.16.2 The interrelated work with affected utility companies.
8.16.3 The interrelated work with the City where tie-ins to existing facilities are required.
8.16.4 The effort of independent testing agencies.
8.16.5 Notice to affected property owners as may be directed by the Project Manager.
8.16.6 Coordination with and scheduling of all required inspections from all permitting agencies.
Project Coordination. TWRI will coordinate the project with other ongoing watershed efforts including, but not limited to the Southern Region Water Quality Coordination Project, TSSWCB Xxxxxxx Regional Office Watershed Coordination Project, TCE Watershed Stewardship Program, and TCEQ TMDL Program.
a. Texas AgriLife Extension Service (Extension), formerly TCE, is a member of the planning team and has been subcontracted to assist with the Short Course, ensuring coordination with the Watershed Stewardship Program and Southern Region Water Quality Coordination Project.
b. TSSWCB is a member of the planning committee and has participated in all planning team meetings. Extension and TWRI regularly participate in the TSSWCB Xxxxxxx Regional Office Watershed Coordination Project, further ensuring coordination.
c. TCEQ TMDL Program personnel are members of the planning team and participate in planning meetings when possible.
Project Coordination. The Parties share an interest in ensuring that transportation improvements identified through environmental review or planning studies are included in their respective capital programs. Prior to annual Commission adoption, the Port shall review its Capital Improvement Program (CIP) with City staff. The Port agrees to identify projects that may impact local access when reviewing their CIP project list. Prior to annual City Council approval, the City shall review its Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) with Port staff.
Project Coordination. 4.8.5.1 SBC-13STATE will provide project management support to effectuate changes of the types identified in Sections 4.9.2, 4.9.3, and 4.9.4.
4.8.5.2 SBC-13TATE will provide project management support to minimize any possible service outages during any CLEC to CLEC Mass Migration. Should SBC-13STATE’s most current version of LSOR or ASOR guidelines not support the required order activity, SBC-13STATE will issue service orders at the manual rate, as specified in the Appendix Pricing, Schedule of Prices to this Agreement, based upon type of service provided, and on the condition that CLEC provides to SBC-13STATE any and all information SBC- 13STATE reasonably requests to effectuate such changes.
Project Coordination. INDOT and the CITY agree to review and coordinate all plans and schedules pertaining to the Project.
