Common use of Project Lifecycle and HOTO Plan Clause in Contracts

Project Lifecycle and HOTO Plan. The plan prepared by the Contractor in accordance with, and for the purposes of, the HOTO Requirements and finalised under clause 9.2, which must: be prepared in accordance with the HOTO Plan and Checklist; meet all applicable HOTO Requirements and Statutory Requirements; and include any other matters required by the: Contract; or Contract Administrator.
