Project Management and Operation. The Grantee shall be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Project and will operate the Project in an efficient and economic manner as well as maintaining the Project in good repair. The Grantee shall provide the service described in the Application and, if the Project is owned, leased or operated by participants other than the Grantee, the Grantee shall monitor such participants and ensure the Project is operated in accordance with representations in the Application.
