The Project Manager Level Performance Review clause establishes a formal process for evaluating the performance of project managers within an organization or on a specific project. Project Manager Level Performance Review. Written minutes of such meetings shall be kept by the parties. If these representatives are unable to resolve a dispute within *** after the initial request for a meeting, then the dispute shall be submitted to an executive-level performance review as described in Section 14.2.
Project Manager Level Performance Review. Empowered individuals with the necessary authority to settle any active disputes shall meet as often as shall reasonably be required to review the performance of the parties under this Agreement and to resolve any disputes. Written minutes of such meetings shall be kept by V-ONE for review and approval by Citrix. If these representatives are unable to resolve a dispute within ten (10) calendar days after the initial request for a meeting, then the dispute shall be submitted to an executive-level performance review as described in SECTION 10.2.

The applicable Lucent Project Manager and Allegiance Project Manager shall meet as often as shall reasonably be required to review the performance of the parties under the applicable Product Addendum or Statement of Work and to resolve any disputes. Written minutes of such meetings shall be kept by the parties. If these representatives are unable to resolve a dispute within five (5) calendar days after the initial request for a meeting, then the dispute shall be submitted to an executive-level performance review as described in SECTION 14.2.
