FMC Employment Procedures and Forms Manual 6. Fair Housing Regulations 7. State Landlord/Tenant Laws 8. Tax Credit Regulations (if appropriate) 9. Grace Hill Training g. Maintain and control project keys in accordance with FMC Procedure Manual.

Project Office. Developer shall establish a “Project Office” in Indiana within 90 days after NTP1 and within 5 miles of any point of the East End Crossing. The purpose of the office is to consolidate and co- locate Developer’s key management, design, construction, quality, and compliance functions and IFA’s management, oversight, and compliance staff in order to facilitate the teamwork, communications, and interaction called for by the PPA Documents and necessary to ensure a successful project. The Project Office shall remain open and fully functional as specified herein until 90 days after Final Acceptance.
Project Office. The Project office, which may be co-located with a Party or located separately from the Parties, will house key staff for the Project. The office will serve as a meeting space for in-person convenings and Project coordination.

IBM Project Executive **** Represents material which has been redacted pursuant to a request for confidential treatment pursuant to Rule 406 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. Omitted material for which confidential treatment has been requested has been filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Project Executive shall act as an overall project manager with respect to the performance by IBM of its obligations hereunder. The IBM PE will serve as StarMedia Network's single-point-of-contact for the complete range of services contracted. To effectively respond to StarMedia Network's needs, StarMedia Network will provide its list of authorized representatives to act as interface to the IBM PE. The PE has his staff as well as the resources of IBM Global Services' Network Services at his disposal to ensure an efficient transition and delivery of high quality services. The IBM PE, being the central point of contact for StarMedia, has authority and responsibility for all aspects of IBM's performance including customer service and customer satisfaction.

A Project Office (PO), comprising a staff familiar with administrative, legal, financial, communication and IPR issues will support the several decisions- making groups in all the non technical tasks. The Project Office tasks will be managed by the Coordinator. It will get advises from financial, legal, IPR specialists whenever required.
Project Office. (a) TIDC has procured the Project Office and will provide access to it as part of the Project Site from the date of this Agreement. (c) We must comply with clause 7.2(f) in respect of the Project Office as a condition precedent to Completion of the last Portion.
