Common use of Project Office Clause in Contracts

Project Office. ‌ Developer shall establish a “Project Office” in Indiana within 90 days after NTP1 and within 5 miles of any point of the East End Crossing. The purpose of the office is to consolidate and co- locate Developer’s key management, design, construction, quality, and compliance functions and IFA’s management, oversight, and compliance staff in order to facilitate the teamwork, communications, and interaction called for by the PPA Documents and necessary to ensure a successful project.
