Field Offices. After one (1) year of service at his or her current field office, CCO’s will be permitted to bid on shift assignments on the basis of seniority, subject to the operating needs of the Department. Shift bidding will take place on September 1, 1994, and every 6 months thereafter. For purposes of this section, seniority is defined as the length of continuous classified Departmental service.
Field Offices. A. Construction Manager shall maintain a temporary office at the Project site. Such office shall be equipped with a telephone and shall contain sufficient space and means for layout of plans. One (1) copy of all drawings, specifications, references, addenda, approved shop drawings, Change Orders and any correspondence to or from Owner shall be maintained in the office for use by Project Manager.
Field Offices. As delegated by the State Conservationist, the designated conservationist or delegated NRCS representative must—
(i) Coordinate with appropriate agencies, organizations, or cooperating partner to market, administer, and restore the habitat, topography, and vegetation of enrolled land and protect the functions and values of the enrolled acres.
(ii) Accept HFRP applications and complete all application activities.
(iii) Complete program eligibility determinations in consultation with FWS, in accordance with the provisions in this manual.
(iv) Complete ranking form and certify that the project meets program objectives with input from the landowner, FWS, and NMFS, as needed.
(v) Conduct environmental due diligence requirements as outlined in Subpart D, Ranking Criteria, of this manual to verify the absence of offsite and onsite conditions that would preclude successful restoration and protection of fish and wildlife habitat for identified species.
(vi) Complete the preliminary restoration plan and preliminary estimate of restoration costs.
(vii) Forward application and supporting documentation to the State Conservationist.
(viii) Conduct easement acquisition activities, as assigned by the State Conservationist.
(ix) Prepare the final Healthy Forests Restoration Plan and detailed practice designs and cost estimates.
(x) Certify that the legal boundary survey is correct and verify that boundary markers have been correctly placed.
(xi) Develop compatible use authorization, as needed.
(xii) Complete all conservation planning activities in accordance with the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA), NPPH, and subpart E of this manual.
(xiii) Arrange for the application of conservation systems and ensure that practices meet standards and specifications contained in the FOTG.
(xiv) Provide the landowner with technical assistance to comply with the terms of easements and restoration agreements.
(xv) Certify practice establishment for payment.
(xvi) Conduct monitoring activities as required by subpart F of this manual.
(xvii) Maintain HFRP records and reports sufficient for monitoring and compliance purposes.
(xviii) Advise the State office of compliance and enforcement issues, as detailed in Subpart F, HFRP Restoration Plan and Landowner Protections, of this manual.
Field Offices. A minimum of two Type C field offices shall be provided within one mile of the project Site by Developer in accordance with the Standard Specifications. One field office shall be provided in Kentucky and one field office shall be provided in Indiana. Space requirements shall be coordinated with IFA at the field office coordination meeting. All costs of the field offices shall be borne by Developer.
Field Offices. Developer shall provide all space, facilities, and support elements necessary to conduct field operations to complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Developer shall provide office space for TxDOT’s Project management acquisition staff including, the Program Manager and other contract employees. Field Offices. Field Accounts and Off-Code Accounts are serviced from [___]'s Field Offices. [___] has approximately [___] such Field Offices serving [__] different states, with mortgage servicing field personnel in approximately [__] offices. Each Field Representative services an average of approximately [___] Accounts per month. Each Field Representative is furnished daily with the report of delinquent Field Accounts and Off-Code Accounts respecting properties within his service area, and a copy of such list for each Field Office within a division is made available to the Divisional Vice Presidents and Assistant Divisional Supervisors. Upon receipt of such list, each Field Representative seeks to make contact with each delinquent Obligor either by telephone or in person, in order to make payment arrangements with such Obligors. Field Representatives and their respective Assistant Divisional Supervisors communicate not less frequently than every other day to review Field Accounts and to discuss progress and problems in such Field Representative's collection efforts. All collection efforts of the Field Representatives (whether by phone or in person) are documented directly on the collection activity database. At least weekly, the Assistant Divisional Supervisor reviews orally with the respective Divisional Vice President the results of the field collection efforts for the previous week. Additionally, Assistant Divisional Supervisors request, upon the recommendation of the Field Representative, that the account be foreclosed or repossessed, request a deed in lieu of foreclosure or refrain from foreclosing or repossessing an account which is two or more installments in arrears. The final decision is made by the Divisional Vice President. In the event an Obligor fails to adhere to the payment schedule arranged with the Field Representative, the Field Representative will re-contact such Obligor, usually by means of a visit to the Obligor's home. The Field Representatives spend a significant portion of their time on the road making face-to-face contact with delinquent Obligors. Not only does such visit seek to impress upon the Obligor the urgency of coming to some successful arrangement, but also affords the Field Representative the opportunity to make a cursory inspection of the condition of the house and property, so that repair plans can be made should reacquisition become necessary.
