PROJECT PRINCIPLES. Responsibilities Connecting Transmission Owner shall be responsible for engineering, procurement and construction of the SUFs in accordance with Article 5.1.1 of this Agreement with reference to the dates set forth in Appendix B. The responsibilities assigned to Connecting Transmission Owner for engineering, procurement and construction shall be referred to as “Connecting Transmission Owner Functions.” The Developer shall be responsible for the engineering, procurement and construction of the DAF. Developer will reimburse Connecting Transmission Owner for the labor and material costs Connecting Transmission Owner incurs in performing the Connecting Transmission Owner Functions. Connecting Transmission Owner’s labor costs shall be based on the time expended by category and the Rates for Accommodation Services set forth in Attachment H-1, as adjusted annually.
