STANDARDS and GENERAL REQUIREMENTS. Design plans shall be developed using AutoCAD Civil 3D and follow the current version of the City of Bend’s Roundabout Design Guidelines and 2022 Standards and Specifications for Design and Construction. Survey file submittals (monumentation, horizontal and vertical control, ROW plans) shall be in AutoCad Civil 3D format. Consultant shall submit draft deliverables in electronic format via email (and hard copy if requested). Each draft and final text-based or spreadsheet-based deliverable shall be provided in MS Office file formats (i.e., MS Word, Excel, etc.) and must be fully compatible with version used by City. Additional format requirements may be listed with specific tasks/deliverables throughout the SOW.

STANDARDS and GENERAL REQUIREMENTS. Unless otherwise specified in the Statement of Work, the following general requirements apply to all Services. Consultant understands that the County has significant tasks related to, and involvement with, the Project. As such Agency has entered into a separate IGA with the County to provide services to the Project as described in this SOW that are not the responsibility of the Consultant. The information regarding the County is for informational purposes only.
STANDARDS and GENERAL REQUIREMENTS. The standards and general requirements applicable to WOCs are stated below. In addition to those stated in the PA, standards and general requirements specific to an assigned project may be included in the WOC.
STANDARDS and GENERAL REQUIREMENTS. 1. Standards  Agency approvals as required in the Statement of Work may be completed via email, unless otherwise stated  in the Task. All Deliverables must be written in an accessible manner that does not assume shared technical knowledge between the reader(s) and author(s). Deliverables must use plain language and limit jargon. Where specialized language is used, definitions and/or a glossary of terms should be provided. Where specialized  terms are needed, consistent definitions are expected to be set and used throughout the project. Major Deliverables must include the use of visual and writing conventions which enhance readability/accessibility (such as the use of white space, bullets, diagrams, callout boxes, and illustrative  examples, etc.) as appropriate. Deliverables may use color, but must also be legible in black and white.  Consultant shall provide both draft and final versions of all Deliverables, unless otherwise specified in the task. Consultant shall provide draft, draft final, and final versions of major Deliverables such as reports, as  described in the tasks. All draft Deliverables must be submitted to the APM unless Agency has designated a different coordinator for the specific task or committee and informed Consultant of the designation in writing. For example, where a  Work Group (WG) is employed, Agency may designate an Agency WG Coordinator. The APM or Coordinator will provide consolidated Agency comments on draft Deliverables to the Consultant.  Consultant shall then revise, prepare, and submit a final version that responds to Agency comments. All final Deliverables will be submitted to the APM. At the conclusion of the Project, Consultant shall provide all final Deliverables to Agency in hard copy binder and on a CD, DVD, or similar media.

  • General Requirements The Contractor hereby agrees:

  • Operational Requirements 4 At-Sea Monitors are deployed, in accordance with coverage rates developed by 5 NMFS and as assigned through the Pre-Trip Notification System (PTNS), to 6 vessels. Due to availability of funding, changes in the fishery management, 7 such as emergency closures, court ordered closures, weather, and unforeseen 8 events must remain flexible. Additional funding for sea days may be added to 9 the contract within the scope and maximum allowable sea days. 10 The following items define the operational services to be provided by the 11 contractor under this contract.

  • General Requirement Any notice, election, demand, request, consent, approval, or other communication required or permitted to be given under this Contract shall be in writing signed by an officer or duly authorized representative of the party making same and shall be delivered personally or shall be sent by certified or statutory mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, shall be effective as of the date on which it is received or would have been received but for the refusal of the addressee to accept delivery, and shall be addressed as shown in the Contract. The persons and addresses to which notices should be given may be changed by notice given in accordance with this Article.

  • Procedural and Operational Requirements By accepting and using the Financial Assistance awarded under this Agreement and for this Program Element, LPHA agrees to conduct activities in accordance with the following requirements:

  • Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act For any federally assisted contract, in excess of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000), that involves the employment of mechanics or laborers, the contractor, subcontractor, subrecipient shall comply with all of the requirements of the Contract work Hours and Safety Standards Act (40 U.S.C. 3702 and 3704), as supplemented by Department of Labor Regulations (29 CFR Part 5). Xxxx Anti-Lobbying Amendment (31 U.S.C. 1352) - Contractors that apply or bid for an award exceeding one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) must file the required certification. Each tier certifies to the tier above that it will not and has not used Federal appropriated funds to pay any person or organization for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a member of Congress, officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a member of Congress in connection with obtaining any Federal contract, grant or any other award covered by 31 U.S.C. 1352. Each tier must also disclose any lobbying with non-Federal funds that takes place in connection with obtaining any Federal award. Such disclosures are forwarded from tier to tier up to the non-Federal award.

  • Compliance with Accessibility Standards All parties to this Agreement shall ensure that the plans for and the construction of all projects subject to this Agreement are in compliance with standards issued or approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) as meeting or consistent with minimum accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (P.L. 101-336) (ADA).
