Project Purpose. The purpose of Phase 2 of HTI is to implement and/or pilot the activities aligned to the Career-Connected Learning Continuum designed during Phase 1 of the project. Additionally, communities will continue to receive cohort-based learning opportunities and individual coaching/assistance to support their work. Communities are expected to participate in all HTI-provided project activities unless unanticipated circumstances prohibit.

Project Purpose. The project purpose is as follows: ▪ Characterize foam blowing agent banks according to product/application ▪ Characterize current foam production, use, and end-of-life fate according to the main foam using sectors ▪ Characterize ODS phase-out, replacement, and not-in-kind technology trends according to product/application ▪ Develop an emissions model based on collected blowing agent, foam and phase-out data to indicate emissions now and in 2020 under BAU and other scenarios The key project outputs will be draft and final reports including discussions and analyses, as well as a bank and emissions model based on a life cycle assessment showing BAU and the impacts of potential control strategies in 2020. The project will culminate in a technical seminar for key stakeholders upon the completion of the Project Report.
Project Purpose. The project will directly connect the Stone Creek subdivision, the Water’s Edge subdivision, and the Po’ Boys Restaurant and Sports Complex. The path will also connect with the recently constructed Windsor Road multi-use path and the existing Stone Creek Boulevard multi-use path. The project is the first phase of a multi-use path that will ultimately extend to the High Cross Road/US Route 150 intersection. The project is included in Urbana’s Bicycle Master Plan and the regional Champaign County Greenways and Trails Plan.
Project Purpose. The purpose and need for the project are to provide for Class II Bikeways (Bike Lanes) in conformance with the Bikeways Plan of the Circulation Element of the City General Plan and Local Coastal Plan and the SBCAG Regional Active Transportation Plan; and sidewalk widening including upgrades to curb ramps in conformance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Project Purpose. The purpose of the project is to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine (Department of State Policy in Rail Transport Sector and Transport Safety Department), State Service of Ukraine on Transport Safety and Security and JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” in the framework of rail transport reform in line with relevant EU acquis and standards by providing best EU practices and assistance to contribute in: - the work on implementation plans for EU acquis, legal drafting and setting up new regulatory and enforcement bodies in the rail transport sector; - improvement of rail infrastructure management, operation, and development; - evolution of rail service market access and introduction of competition among the rail service market actors in line with the EU requirements. The project is also expected to bring benefits to the EU MSs, including potential market opportunities for EU rail industry and enhanced mobility.
Project Purpose. As the City is a fast-growing municipal entity that needs additional funding to keep up with service demands, the City is asking Clearwater Financial (CWF) to advise and service its needs in a comprehensive way, beginning with the development of a Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and impact fee (IF) services particularly focused on Parks services. It is contemplated that a future Master Facilities Plan (MFP) would include the results of these IF efforts.
Project Purpose. The purpose of the project is to: • Increase the efficiency of the transportation system on I-680 between the I-680/SR 84 interchange and north of the I-680/Alcosta Boulevard interchange to accommodate current and future traffic demand; • Improve travel time and reliability for all users, including HOV and transit users; • Optimize freeway system management and traffic operations; and • Contribute to the completion of 48 miles of contiguous HOV/express lanes between Santa Xxxxx County and Contra Costa County.
Project Purpose. (max 600 characters) The main project purpose is to improve the independence of disabled children and young people, improve their lives in families, and integrate them into the majority society. The project specific objective is to make more-degree support tools accessible for disabled children and young persons and their families, create a functional network of social services for them in the district. Coordinate and use measures for preventing and solving social exclusion of children and young persons endangered by social exclusion in their natural and open environment.
