Project regulation by the Concessionaire. 20.1.1 The Concessionaire shall regulate the usage of the Project or any Phase thereof, as the case may be, in accordance with Applicable Laws and subject to the supervision and control of the Authority or a substitute thereof empowered in this behalf under Applicable Laws.
