Project Resources. 7.1 Allocation
Project Resources. Omnicare’s goal of providing outstanding customer service, technical leadership and drug development expertise is accomplished by committing a highly experienced team of professionals to Sponsor’s Project. The team members highlighted below are being proposed based upon their relevant therapeutic experience and areas of expertise, as well as on their previous cooperation with Sponsor. We would like to propose Sponsor the highest possible degree of Consistency in the Project team.
Project Resources. 6.6.1 The Project Manager is responsible for acting as the main point of communication with the customer, project schedule, resources, and informing the Mechanical and Controls Engineer of any project changes.
6.6.2 The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the Mechanical design of the equipment, ensures adherence to the customer’s specifications, and enforces ANSI, OSHA and Alliance Automation standards. The Mechanical Engineer is also responsible for monitoring the manufacturing of details and fielding questions from the shop as well as directing the assembly technicians during the assembly and debug of the equipment.
6.6.3 The Controls Engineer is responsible for the Controls design of the equipment, ensures adherence to the customer’s specifications, and enforces NEC, OSHA and Alliance Automation standards. The Controls Engineer is also responsible for monitoring panel build and fielding questions from the shop as well as directing the electricians during the assembly and debug of the equipment.
Project Resources. 47.1. The employer will provide $1 million over the life of this Agreement to fund resources for the following projects:
(a) Rural and remote – clause 25;
(b) Career and classification – clause 41.2(a);
(c) Retention initiatives– clause 41.2(b);
(d) Rostering – clause 44; and
(e) Midwifery models of care –clause 45.
47.2. This funding is to meet the costs of each project including as required:
(a) project officer positions identified for each project;
(b) administrative support;
(c) travel expenses; and
(d) the acquisition of external expertise or resources.

Project Resources. Customer shall assign a “Project Manager” to assist Veritas in coordinating Customer resources in a timely manner and to act as the focal point for resolution of project related issues. Customer’s Project Manager shall also have the necessary technical and business knowledge and authority to make decisions concerning the Service. In addition, Customer shall assign an appropriate number of suitable skilled personnel to assist and cooperate with Veritas consistent with the Service. Customer will also identify a “Project Executive” who has the authority to make decisions for Customer regarding change orders, budget, scope, resources and other project related issues if they cannot be resolved by Customer’s Project Manager.
