PROJECT RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. It is agreed that the Contractor may implement reasonable project rules and regulations, and such rules and regulations shall be distributed to all employees on the project. 2. It is understood that these rules and regulations shall not be inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. 3. Violations of the project rules and regulations is just cause for disciplinary action subject to Article VII (Grievance Procedure) of the Agreement.
