General Regulations. Subrecipient shall: 1. Adhere to 48 CFR 3.908, implementing section 828, entitled “Pilot Program for Enhancement of Contractor Whistleblower Protections,” of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2013 (Pub. L. 112-239, enacted January 2, 2013), as it applies to this Contract. 2. Recognize any same-sex marriage legally entered into in a United States (U.S.) jurisdiction that recognizes their marriage, including one of the fifty (50) states, the District of Columbia, or a U.S. territory, or in a foreign county so long as that marriage would also be recognized by a U.S. jurisdiction. This applies regardless of whether or not the couple resides in a jurisdiction that recognizes same-sex marriage. However, this does not apply to registered domestic partnerships, civil unions or similar formal relationships recognized under the law of the jurisdiction of celebration as something other than a marriage. Accordingly, recipients must review and revise, as needed, any policies and procedures which interpret or apply federal statutory or regulatory references to such terms as “marriage,” “spouse,” “family,” “household member” or similar references to familial relationships to reflect inclusion of same-sex spouse and marriages. Any similar familial terminology references in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) statutes, regulations, or policy transmittals will be interpreted to include same-sex spouses and marriages legally entered into as described herein. To ensure all data is collected for the unmet need as requested by the U.S. Legislature, Subrecipient must develop and implement a Wait List policy and procedure. The policy and procedure must include provisions for: prescreening individuals to determine eligibility; managing applicants’ placement on and removal from the Wait List; periodically reviewing the eligibility and identified needs of applicants on the Wait List; and assigning priority for enrollment based on Wait List. 4. Nondiscrimination Shall comply with all federal statutes relating to nondiscrimination. These include those statutes and laws contained in the Contractor Certification Clauses (CCC 307) from CDA, which is hereby incorporated by reference. General Regulations. A. Excessively loud speakers and sound displays are not permitted, and BAC Productions shall have the right to reject any exhibit which does not, in its sole, and reasonable opinion, conform to the general tenor of the show. B. All exhibits, back-walls and decorations will be limited to eight feet (8’) in height except actual equipment which in normal operations exceeds this height. Written permission from BAC Productions must first be obtained for the display of equipment or articles of abnormal heights. C. Under no circumstances may the weight of any equipment or exhibit material exceed the specified floor load limit of the exhibit hall. The Exhibitor accepts full and sole responsibility for injury or damage to property or person resulting from failure, knowingly or otherwise, to distribute the exhibit material and products in conformity, with the maximum floor load specifications. D. The dispensing, distribution, or use of alcoholic beverages or food, or both, by Exhibitors in any part of the show premises is prohibited without the express prior written approval of BAC Productions. In any event, Exhibitors are prohibited from conducting any of the above-described activities which are in violation of either federal, state or municipal laws. E. NO FLAMMABLE FLUIDS OR MATERIALS OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING DECORATIVE MATERIALS, USE OF WHICH IS PROHIBITED BY FEDERAL, STATE OR MUNICIPAL LAWS OR REGULATIONS MAY BE USED IN ANY EXHIBIT. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO PROPANE PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING. F. The operation of any games of chance or lottery devices, or the actual or simulated pursuit of any recreational pastime is permitted only with the prior written approval of BAC Productions. In any event, Exhibitors are prohibited from conducting any of the above described activities which are in violation of either federal, state or municipal laws. G. No noisy or obstructive work will be permitted during the hours that the show is open to the public, nor exhibits producing objectionable odors, be allowed. BAC Productions shall have the sole discretion in determining what is noisy, obstructive and objectionable. H. Any demonstration or activity which results in excessive obstruction of aisles or prevents ready access to nearby Exhibitors booths shall be suspended for any periods specified by BAC Productions. I. General Regulations. 17.5.3.1 Employees participating in the plan shall retain their positions and seniority, shall be granted their annual increments of salary, where applicable, and shall receive all full- time benefits pursuant to Article 16. 17.5.3.2 A participant may apply to the Sabbatical Leave Committee by 1 February prior to the commencement of the release year to defer the release year for a maximum of one year. A deferral shall not be approved if it would cause the deferral of another participant's release year because of the number of release positions available as per Article 17.5.

The Hirer must ensure that no goods which are illegal, counterfeit, dangerous or deemed to be of an offensive or inappropriate nature (as determined at absolute discretion of the Venue) are displayed or offered for sale on the Premises. 9.2. Any items deemed to be of an offensive or inappropriate nature by the Venue shall be removed from display or sale immediately on the request of the Venue. 9.3. Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted in the Building. The Hirer shall ensure there is no smoking and/or vaping at the Premises.

They shall seek to improve these objectives through various forms of co-operation and to assist in supervising compliance with any agreements concluded. The term “workplace” shall here denote a production unit or corresponding operating unit of an enterprise that is affiliated to Technology Industries of Finland. The co-operation organisation shall be brought into line with the altered size and structure of a workplace when the operations of the workplace substantially contract or expand, or due to assignment of business operations, merger, incorporation or comparable substantial reorganisation. The salaried employee association operating at a workplace shall notify the employer in writing of any shop stewards who are elected, of times at which a deputy is serving as a shop xxxxxxx, of the service of a labour protection delegate or labour protection agent in the capacity of a shop xxxxxxx, and of the service of a shop xxxxxxx in a labour protection capacity. A labour protection delegate shall notify the employer in writing when a deputy deputises for the labour protection delegate. General Regulations. Welfare leave is usually granted in connection with the following situations: a) Death/terminal phase of next of kin b) Documented illness in the core family c) Birth of own child and own adoption of child Such short welfare leaves under a) and b) shall be compensated by up to 7 days wages (84 hours), even if the leave as a result of the communication situation etc. is of a longer duration. Welfare leave under c) shall be compensated by up to 14 days wages (168 hours) even if the leave as a result of communication or similar is of longer duration. The right to paid leave only applies for days that fall within an offshore period. Any benefits from the National Insurance Scheme (such as caring / nursing money) accrue to the employer. The parties in the individual company agree on further guidelines for practising the above regulations. Addition to protocol: Spontaneous abortion is covered by item b) above.
General Regulations. 10.8.4.1 All activities for which leaves are granted must be planned in consultation with and approved by the Superintendent or designee. Any changes in such plans must be approved in advance by the Superintendent or designee. 10.8.4.2 Leaves will not be granted for the purposes of engaging in gainful occupation or for the purpose of studying for a trade or another profession, except under the provisions of 10.8.5.1.e. 10.8.4.3 Unit Member, while on leave, will not be employed to do any work for the school system. 10.8.4.4 It is expected that the Unit Member shall render at least two years of service in the employ of the District following the sabbatical leave of absence. Guarantee of the Unit Member's return to service shall be provided as follows: (1) The Unit Member shall file with the District a suitable bond indemnifying the District against loss in the event that the Unit Member fails to render at least two years of service in the employ of the District following the return of the Unit Member to the District. The bond shall not be forfeited in the event that failure of the Unit Member to return and render two years' service is caused by death, or physical or mental disability of the Unit Member; or, (2) The Board of Trustees, at its discretion, may waive the furnishing of the bond and pay the Unit Member on leave in the same manner as though a bond were furnished when the Board finds and by resolution declares that the interests of the District will be protected by the written statement of the Unit Member to return to the service of the District and render at least two years of service following his/her return from leave.

As applied to Services offered under this Agreement, the term "Customer" contained in the VERIZON retail tariff shall be deemed to mean "SPRINT" as defined in this Agreement.
