Common use of Project Schedule Clause in Contracts

Project Schedule. Construction of the Project must begin within one year of the Effective Date of this Agreement, or this Agreement may become null and void at the sole discretion of the Director. A preliminary construction schedule is provided in Appendix A. Delays, with reason for the delay(s), must be communicated to the Director as soon as possible. The Director will review written requests for extensions and may extend the construction start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.
