Project Scope, Schedule, and Budget. The Grantee agrees to carry out, complete and ensure the use of the Project in a sound, economical, and efficient manner, and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, including the Approved Project Budget, the Statement of Work, the Approved Project Schedule, grant guidance, the Application as applicable, and all applicable laws, regulations, and published policies.

The planning level information is needed to create estimates for the total cost of a project for implementation into the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP).
