Project Signage. 10.1 Unless otherwise approved by Canada, British Columbia, UBCM or Ultimate Recipients will install a federal sign to recognize federal funding at Eligible Project site(s). Federal sign design, content, and installation guidelines will be provided by Canada and included in the joint communications approach. 10.2 Where British Columbia, UBCM or an Ultimate Recipient decides to install a sign, a permanent plaque or other suitable marker recognizing their contribution with respect to an Eligible Project, it must recognize the federal contribution to the Eligible Project(s) and be approved by Canada. 10.3 British Columbia, UBCM or the Ultimate Recipient is responsible for the production and installation of Eligible Project signage, or as otherwise agreed upon. 10.4 British Columbia and UBCM to inform Canada of signage installations on a basis mutually agreed upon in the joint communications approaches.

Project Signage. Each project or program in excess of $250,000 funded in whole or in part by revenues from the TransNet Extension Ordinance shall be clearly designated during its construction or implementation as being provided by such revenues. SANDAG will provide sign specifications. Xxxxxxx agrees to follow sign specifications and submit proof files to SANDAG for approval before printing.
Project Signage. A. For new construction, the Contractor shall provide signage in accordance with the Project Communications Plan and construct and erect one (1) Project sign on the Site in a location designated by the Owner. The sign shall be constructed as instructed by the Owner. Refer to Attachment "B” (To Owner’s Special Conditions). B. The Contractor shall submit a one-quarter-scale shop drawing of the sign, including all lettering, to the Owner for approval prior to installation. The sign shall remain the property of the Owner, and upon Final Completion, the Contractor shall remove the sign and deliver it to a location designated by the Owner. C. For renovation projects, signage shall be in accordance with the Project Communications Plan or as directed by the Owner. D. All hazard warning signage shall be OSHA 29 CFR Part 1926 compliant. All signs shall be prominently displayed at all entrances to the Site. Postings must be constructed of a durable material that will resist wear and damage. E. Additional Contractor or Subcontractor signs or advertisements shall not be erected without the Owner’s written approval.

Project Signage. If the Recipient installs a sign at the site of a Project, the Recipient shall, at Ontario’s request, provide acknowledgement of the provincial contribution to the Project. Sign design, content and installation guidelines will be provided by Ontario. Where the Recipient decides to install a permanent plaque or other suitable marker with respect to a Project, it must recognize the provincial contribution to the Project and be approved by Ontario prior to installation. The Recipient is responsible for the production and installation of Project signage, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the installation of the signage. The Recipient or Ontario may request a media event, announcement or recognition of key milestones related to Project. In requesting a media event or an announcement, the Party requesting the event will provide at least twenty-one (21) Business Daysnotice to the other Party of its intention to undertake such an event. The event will take place at a date and location that is mutually agreed to by the Parties. The Parties will have the opportunity to participate in such events through a designed representative. Each participant will choose its designated representative. All joint communications material related to media events and announcements must be approved by Ontario and recognize the funding provided by Ontario. Media events and announcements include but are not limited to:  News conferences  Public announcements  Official events or ceremonies  News releases The Recipient may include messaging in its own communications products and activities with regards to the Project. When undertaking such activities, the Recipient shall provide the opportunity for Ontario to participate and shall recognize the funding provided by Ontario.
Project Signage. In addition to outdoor signage on the Premises for the promotion of Venue events and Venue sponsors directly associated with current and future scheduled events at the Premises, Owner and Operator shall agree on directional and promotional outdoor signage for the Premises elsewhere in the Project and Operator will have to right to promote the Venue and Venue events on the Project’s signage at no additional cost to Operator.
Project Signage. Subrecipient shall include appropriate acknowledgement of credit to the County for its support when promoting the Resource Center or using any data and/or information developed under this Agreement. Signage shall be posted in a prominent location at the Resource Center site(s) and shall include the U.S. Department of Treasury’s, and the County’s color logos, along with the following disclosure statement: “Funding for this project has been provided in full or in part from the American Rescue Plan Act, and through an agreement with the County of Riverside.” The Recipient shall also include in each of its contracts for work under this Agreement a provision that incorporates the requirements stated within this Paragraph.
