Common use of Project Signage Clause in Contracts

Project Signage. 3.1 The Recipient may have a sign recognizing its contribution to Eligible Projects. 3.2 At Canada’s request, the Recipient will install a federal sign to recognize federal funding at Eligible Project site(s). Federal sign design, content and installation guidelines will be provided by Canada. 3.3 Where the Recipient decides to install a permanent plaque or other suitable marker with respect to an Eligible Project, it must recognize the federal contribution to the Eligible Project and be approved by Canada. 3.4 The Recipient is responsible for the production and installation of Eligible Project signage, or as otherwise agreed upon. 3.5 The Recipient agrees to inform XXX of signage installations, in a manner determined by AMO.
