Liaison Committee, Reports and Records. A. At the option of DCAMM there may be established for the term of this Contract a body to be known as the Liaison Committee. The Liaison Committee shall be composed of one representative each from the Awarding Authority, the Commission and such other representatives as may be designated by the Commission in conjunction with the Awarding Authority. CONTRACTOR (or his agent, if any, designated by him as the on-Site equal employment opportunity officer) shall recognize the Liaison Committee as an affirmative action body, and shall establish a continuing working relationship with the Liaison Committee, consulting with the Liaison Committee on all matters related to minority and women recruitment, referral, employment and training.

The Contractor shall retain all such records for a period of three (3) years after final payment on this Contract or until all audit and litigation matters that the City has brought to the attention of the Contractor are resolved, whichever is longer.
