Project Site Activities Sample Clauses
The 'Project Site Activities' clause defines the rules and expectations governing all work and conduct at the location where the project is being executed. It typically outlines requirements for site access, safety protocols, working hours, and the responsibilities of parties while on site, such as maintaining cleanliness or coordinating with other contractors. By establishing clear guidelines for behavior and operations at the project site, this clause helps ensure safety, minimize disruptions, and promote efficient project progress.
Project Site Activities. Contractor shall confine its operations at the Project Site to the areas permitted by the Contract Documents, applicable Law and Regulatory Approvals.
Project Site Activities. Contractor acknowledges that operations at Units 1-4 are on-going and that Contractor will use commercially reasonable efforts to coordinate Contractor’s activities on or near the Project Site, the Shared Site Facilities and the Common Facilities with such on-going operations. Contractor shall not allow its operations and activities on the Project Site, the Shared Site Facilities or the Common Facilities to unreasonably interfere with any of the operations of Units 1-4 or Alcoa’s smelter, or other activities of Alcoa or Owner’s Affiliate in connection with such operations; provided, however, that ordinary construction activities required for the Work shall not constitute unreasonable interference with such operations to the extent Contractor uses commercially reasonable efforts to avoid unreasonably interfering with such operations. In addition, Contractor hereby acknowledges that Owner may be on the Project Site conducting the Required Owner Activities after Contractor has been released to begin Work on the Project Site. Contractor shall reasonably cooperate with Owner to coordinate Contractor’s performance of the Work with Owner’s completion of the Required Owner Activities. During the time that Owner is completing the Required Owner Activities, Contractor shall not unreasonably interfere with Owner’s completion of such activities on the Project Site.
