Cooperation with Other Contractors. 31.14.1 In the event that DCH has entered into, or enters into, agreements with other contractors for additional work related to the services rendered hereunder, the Contractor agrees to cooperate fully with such other contractors. The Contractor shall not commit any act that will interfere with the performance of work by any other contractor. 31.14.2 Additionally, if DCH eventually awards this Contract to another contractor, the Contractor agrees that it will not engage in any behavior or inaction that prevents or hinders the work related to the services contracted for in this Contract. In fact, the Contractor agrees to submit a written turnover plan and/or transition plan to DCH within thirty (30) Days of receiving the Department’s intent to terminate letter. The Parties agree that the Contractor has not successfully met this obligation until the Department accepts its turnover plan and/or transition plan. 31.14.3 The Contractor’s failure to cooperate and comply with this provision, shall be sufficient grounds for DCH to halt all payments due or owing to the Contractor until it becomes compliant with this or any other contract provision. DCH’s determination on the matter shall be conclusive and not subject to Appeal.
Cooperation with Other ContractorsDB Contractor acknowledges that TxDOT has awarded or plans to award contracts for construction and other work at or near the Maintenance Limits. DB Contractor shall fully cooperate and be solely responsible for coordinating with such other contractors, Governmental Entities and projects, and shall schedule and sequence the Maintenance Services as reasonably necessary to accommodate the work of such other contractors and projects. Further, DB Contractor shall conduct its Maintenance Services and perform its obligations under the CMC Documents without interfering with or hindering the progress or completion of the work being performed by other contractors or of the work relating to such other projects.

The Contractor’s failure to cooperate and comply with this provision, shall be sufficient grounds for the Department to halt all payments due or owing to the Contractor until it becomes compliant with this or any other contract provision. Cooperation with Other ContractorsThe Contractor must keep itself informed of the conditions at the Site, so as not to delay the delivery of materials or the installation of the Work called for in this Agreement. It is expressly agreed that the Contractor must cooperate with and extend every possible facility to other contractors employed at the Site, and must afford all other contractors reasonable opportunity for the introduction and storage of their materials and execution of their work. The Contractor recognizes that efficient construction of the Project requires that all the Work thereon be coordinated and therefore agrees to accept the determination of the Owner and/or Construction Manager as to the time when Work of the Contractor shall begin and the manner in which it shall progress in connection with other work involved in the said construction. It further agrees that the direction of the Owner and/or Construction Manager with respect thereto shall be complied with fully and promptly.
Cooperation with Other ContractorsContractor shall cooperate fully with other contractors and/or State employees in scheduling and coordinating its services with other related services for enrolled persons. Contractor shall afford other contractors reasonable opportunity to provide services and shall not commit or permit any act that interferes with the performance of services by other contractors or by State employees.

Cooperation with Other Contractors. Contractor may be required to work with or in close proximity to other contractors or individuals that may be working on same or different projects. The Contractor shall agree to cooperate with such other contractors or individuals and shall not commit or permit any act which may interfere with the performance of work by any other contractor or individual. Contractor is not required to compromise Contractor’s intellectual property or proprietary information unless expressly required to do so by this contract.
Cooperation with Other Contractors. Operator ---------------------------------- acknowledges that Owner may, from time to time, retain other contractors to provide administrative and management services for Owner in connection with the Project. Operator shall cooperate and coordinate its activities hereunder with such contractors. In the event of any overlap, duplication or conflict with respect to the Services to be provided by Operator under this Agreement and the services to be provided by any such other contractor under their respective agreements with Owner, Owner shall resolve such matters and determine the respective responsibilities of the parties so as to avoid overlap or duplication. Owner shall inform Operator in writing of any such determination.
Cooperation with Other Contractors. The Contracting Agency may perform other work at or near the site, including any material site, with other forces than those of the Contractor. This work may be done with or without a contract. If such work takes place within or next to this project, the 1.
