Cooperation with Other Contractors. 31.14.1 In the event that DCH has entered into, or enters into, agreements with other contractors for additional work related to the services rendered hereunder, the Contractor agrees to cooperate fully with such other contractors. The Contractor shall not commit any act that will interfere with the performance of work by any other contractor.

Cooperation with Other Contractors. DB Contractor acknowledges that TxDOT has awarded or plans to award contracts for construction and other work at or near the Maintenance Limits. DB Contractor shall fully cooperate and be solely responsible for coordinating with such other contractors, Governmental Entities and projects, and shall schedule and sequence the Maintenance Services as reasonably necessary to accommodate the work of such other contractors and projects. Further, DB Contractor shall conduct its Maintenance Services and perform its obligations under the CMC Documents without interfering with or hindering the progress or completion of the work being performed by other contractors or of the work relating to such other projects.
Cooperation with Other Contractors. 2.2.12.1. Contractor Transition, Cooperation and Coordination Plan. TSP acknowledges that prior to the Revenue Service Date and thereafter, other contractors, including the DB Contractor, the Developer and their respective Subcontractors, may be working at or otherwise present on the Project Site during the performance of Work by TSP under this Contract, and use of certain facilities may be interfered with as a result of such concurrent activities. TSP shall cooperate with the Joint Board and such other parties in the performance of concurrent activities, and be responsible for reviewing and coordinating its activities hereunder with the work schedules of other contractors and implementing the provisions of the plan and the concurrent operations of TSP hereunder, the DB Contractor under the DB Contract and the Developer under the Development Contract.

Cooperation with Other Contractors. In the event that Company has entered into, or enters into, agreements with other subcontractors for additional work related to the services rendered hereunder, including, but not limited to fiscal intermediary and enrollment broker services, Provider agrees to cooperate fully with such other contractors. Provider shall not commit any act that will interfere with the performance of work by any other contractor. Provider’s failure to cooperate and comply with this provision, shall be sufficient grounds for Company to halt all payments due or owing to Provider until it becomes compliant with this or any other contract provision. Company’s determination on the matter shall be conclusive and not subject to appeal.
Cooperation with Other Contractors. Operator ---------------------------------- acknowledges that Owner may, from time to time, retain other contractors to provide administrative and management services for Owner in connection with the Project. Contracted Personnel shall cooperate with Authorized User personnel, hardware manufacture representatives, system software suppliers, and communications systems suppliers in the provision of Services to the Authorized User.
