Project Specific Features. 1. Shared-Use Path – US Highway 93 – RP 49.602 – 76.843 a. Upon completion of the Project by the State and its Contractor the Parties shall service, maintain, repair, and pay the cost of operating the Bitterroot Trail (US Highway 93 Shared-Use Path) in accordance with the “U.S. HIGHWAY 93 AMENITIES AGREEMENT BETWEEN RAVALLI COUNTY AND MONTANA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION” (HWY 93 Amenities Agreement), executed on December 23, 2015, and incorporated herein by this reference. The HWY 93 Amenities Agreement is attached hereto as “Attachment C”. 2. Shared-Use Path – Woodside Shared-Use Path – S-373, RP 0.033-2.015 a. Upon completion of the Project by the State and its Contractor, the County agrees that it is responsible, at no cost to MDT, to service, maintain, repair, and pay the cost of operating the Woodside Shared-Use Path within the Project limits, such that it does not negatively impact the operation of the path or the safety of the traveling public. If all or part of the Woodside Shared-Use Path becomes unsafe for use, the County agrees to restrict access to the affected area until the condition has been remedied. b. For the purposes of this Agreement, “maintenance of a shared-use path” is defined as: grinding or milling down displacements; surface patching; crack sealing; sweeping; cleaning; washing; replacing portions of damaged path; removal of snow and ice; repair of chipped, fractured, or broken surface from any cause, including but not limited to frost heaving, landscaping, tree roots, or encroachments; removal of debris and other obstructions or impediments to the safe travel of pedestrians or other path users; maintenance of all associated drainage features; maintenance of path-related signs; and any and all other normally accepted maintenance practices. c. For the purposes of this Agreement, “maintenance of shared-use path signs,” is defined as: the inspection, cleaning, repair and replacement of signs damaged through weathering, vandalism, wind, and other means.

Project Specific Features. Trailside Information Markers Upon completion of the project by the County, the County agrees that it is responsible, at no cost to MDT, to service, maintain and repair, or replace the trailside markers installed as part of this project. For purposes of this Agreement, “maintenance of markers” is defined as: the inspection, cleaning, repair and replacement of signs damaged through weathering, vandalism, wind or other means.

  • Escrow Format Specification Deposit’s Format. Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-registry-data-escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-dnrd-objects-mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-8 character encoding will be used.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Service Specification The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Service Agreement in the Service Specification.
