PROJECT STANDARDS. C.2.1 Canada’s Requirements for Standards. In addition to any other standards that the Recipient must meet or exceed for each Project, the Recipient will ensure the Project meets or exceeds the following:
PROJECT STANDARDS. 2.3.1 The Applicant must ensure that the Project is diligently carried out, without negligence and is completed:
(a) in a good and workmanlike manner, using materials of good quality which are fit for their respective purposes; and
(b) in accordance with the Development Consents and applicable law (including any relevant statutory and regulatory requirements).
PROJECT STANDARDS. C.2.1 Canada’s Requirements for Standards. In addition to any other standards that the Recipient must meet or exceed for the Project, the Recipient will ensure the Project meets or exceeds the following:
(a) any applicable energy efficiency standards for buildings outlined in Canada’s Pan-Canadian Framework on Clean Growth and Climate Change provided by Canada at xxx.xxxxxx.xx/xx/xxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxx- canadian-framework.html, or at any other location the Province may provide; and
(b) the accessibility requirements of the highest accessibility standards published in Ontario, in addition to accessibility requirements in applicable provincial building codes and relevant municipal by-laws.
PROJECT STANDARDS. To ensure that the Company is conducting its Business and operations in a manner that, among other things:
(a) is consistent with the Founding Shareholders’ commercial objectives for the Project and the highest ethical standards;
(b) ensures the maintenance of best practices that create a safe environment;
(c) complies with international industry standards and all Laws to which the Company is subject; and
(d) implements good corporate governance and sound corporate social responsibility, the Shareholders agree that the Board may, from time to time, adopt, amend, alter, or add to such policies, standards, and operational procedures (the “Project Standards”) as it deems appropriate. The Project Standards shall be adopted based on maximized value for the Company and its stakeholders. The Project Standards shall include the policies described in this Section 15.
PROJECT STANDARDS. Homestead shall cause the Project to comply with all local codes, ordinances, zoning ordinances, and HUD Section 8 Housing Quality Standards.
PROJECT STANDARDS. In performing its obligations under this Agreement, the Partner shall comply with all applicable laws and requirements (including those of Regulatory Authorities), the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the CEPI Policies (the “Project Standards”). The Partner is responsible for the management, monitoring and control of all work undertaken by or on behalf of the Partner under any Work Package and compliance with the Project Standards.
PROJECT STANDARDS. The parties understand and agree that mutually satisfactory performance standards consistent with the following goals are desirable for the hotel project:

PROJECT STANDARDS. 1. ArcGIS Project files (MXD) provided to the District must be created so that they can be easily transferred to the District’s file system without broken links to datasets or pictures. Any non-standard marker symbols, fonts, or other special files must be included with the Project. Project files must be saved with relative path names. Pictures (such as logos) must be saved as part of the document. Use of layer packages (LPK) and map packages (MPK) is encouraged.
PROJECT STANDARDS. 8.1 The project shall be undertaken to the standards set out in Schedule 2.
8.2 All construction, services and facilities provided by the Partner shall conform to the agreed designs, specifications and proposals. Sustrans shall provide comments where it feels the proposals can be improved to meet the project objectives and the standards in Schedule 2
8.3 It is the responsibility of the Partner to ensure at all times that the works covered by the project conform to the relevant statutory obligations, bylaws, planning consents and any other consents required for the implementation of the project.
8.4 The Partner will act as the Client of the scheme for the purposes of the Construction (Design and Management) (CDM) Regulations (2007).
