Common use of PROJECT STANDARDS Clause in Contracts

PROJECT STANDARDS. C.2.1 Canada’s Requirements for Standards. In addition to any other standards that the Recipient must meet or exceed for the Project, the Recipient will ensure the Project meets or exceeds the following: (a) any applicable energy efficiency standards for buildings outlined in Canada’s Pan-Canadian Framework on Clean Growth and Climate Change provided by Canada at xxx.xxxxxx.xx/xx/xxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxx- canadian-framework.html, or at any other location the Province may provide; and (b) the accessibility requirements of the highest accessibility standards published in Ontario, in addition to accessibility requirements in applicable provincial building codes and relevant municipal by-laws.
