Common use of Project Statement Clause in Contracts

Project Statement. Grantee shall complete activities as set forth in Section 6, Project Statement: Objectives and Timelines. Changes to Section 6 shall be submitted to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) Project Manager for prior approval and may be made only as provided in Exhibit 1.b of this Agreement, which is attached hereto and made a part of this agreement.
