Project Survey Control. GHD Inc. will establish a survey control base for the project. The horizontal control survey will be based on the North American Datum of 1983 using the California Coordinate System of 1983 (CCS83). The vertical control survey will be based on the National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. The Vertical Datum will be the North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD88).
