PROJECT TERM AND PARAMETERS. 1.2.1 - CONSULTANT shall serve as the CITY’s Master Plan Planning Consultant and this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and remain in force until all work issued during the effective period of this Agreement is completed, unless terminated by pursuant to Article 7, but not to exceed five years. 1.2.2 - The consulting firm shall assist the City towards creating and implementing a new master plan.
