Common use of PROJECT TIME PERIOD Clause in Contracts

PROJECT TIME PERIOD. The project period shall be from the date of execution of this Agreement by the Commission to January 31, 2021. The Commission's representative may, in writing, extend the project time period for good cause as shown by the Sponsor. The grant funds in paragraph (2) not expended or duly obligated during the project time period shall be released for use in other projects under §305.230 RSMo.
