Common use of PROJECT TIME PERIOD Clause in Contracts

PROJECT TIME PERIOD. The project period shall be from the date of execution by the Commission to October 30, 2019. The Commission's chief engineer may, for good cause as shown by the Sponsor in writing, extend the project time period.

PROJECT TIME PERIOD. The project period shall be from the date of execution by the Commission to October 30December 31, 20192010. The Commission's chief engineer may, for good cause as shown by the Sponsor in writing, extend the project time period.
