Project Website. The State will develop and maintain a website that will be made available in advance of the first public meeting for this project. The Engineer shall provide project information for the project website to the State including documents related to project background, study area limits, study objectives, project photos, study area maps, material presented at public meetings, and contact information for requesting additional information. The project website will be updated with the documents and other information provided by the Engineer to the State after each set of public meetings and the final report in PDF format provided by the Engineer will be posted by the State to give the general public access to the document.

Project Website. Medpace will develop a secure OB-301 website that will be available to all project team members and site personnel. The website will include information and tools relevant to the study, such as status reports, meeting agendas and minutes, newsletters, monitor visit status, and the project timeline. Access is controlled by the type of user. Access to the tabs (sections) on the websites are controlled by the user type so that sites can have access to the section specifically designed for site access. Medpace can set up an automatic notification process of updates to the user email accounts. Clinical sites will have access only to parts of the website that pertain to their function. They will have the ability to receive study information and download study-related forms.
Project Website. The project website (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx) has become the central place for the diffusion of all the information related to the project. The website has been designed to provide a general impression of the project’s mission through the main page (Figure 1), by showing into three different paragraphs a brief description of its main topic, applications for the finished project and funding by the European commission and the Swiss State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI) under contract number 15.0252.

Project Website. Following the public Input meeting, we will set up a project website that can be used during the master plan to host content. The goal of the website will be to provide the public with a landing page updating the master planning process. This may include online surveys, meeting announcements, opportunities to provide input, and concept images. It is anticipated the website will be maintained by SmithGroup during the master plan process and will be transferred to the City following the approval of the plan.

The project website xxx.xxxxx-xxx0xx.xxx will start running by April 2021, serving as a primary source of information regarding the project’s objectives, progress and outcomes with the aim of organising the project information as a unified source of visitor’s knowledge. The content of the website will be updated continuously by the consortium. The website is aimed to reach all audiences of the project, identified in section 3. It will: - Provide relevant and current information to a wide audience, in an accessible and usable manner - Be a common documentation base for all partners, containing the main project documentation and public deliverables - Be an information database of all activities and deliverables carried out by the project and consortium partners. The website is the best tool for an active promotion of project results, business opportunities and public awareness. The website will provide a project overview highlighting the motivation, background and objectives of the project as well as the technical content and structure of the project, as well as the composition of the consortium. Public deliverables, together with press releases will be collected on the website. The maintenance of the website is the responsibility of A4F, whilst all the consortium members are required to provide information and documentation to feed on the website. The website will be compliant with GDPR rules on data collection and processing.
