Common use of Project Clause in Contracts

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this AgreementConditions, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and the Project Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity Project, through its Ministry of Finance, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementProgram. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through DNA in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through SE in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through MAI and MWE in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity UCOP, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project Implementing Entities to be carried carry out by their Respective Parts of the Project Implementing Entity the in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions Conditions, Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out Part D of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through it Ministry of Education, Culture and Science in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that Part D of the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out Parts B and C of the Project through the Technical Secretariat and each of the Project Implementing Entities and cause Part A of the Project to be carried out by each of the Project Implementing Entity Entities in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this AgreementAgreements.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity MPE in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the provisions of the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by Project, through the Project Implementing Entity Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Public Administration, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall, and shall cause carry out Part 2 of the Project to be carried out by (“its Respective Part of the Project Implementing Entity Project”) in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this AgreementFMFA, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity Entities in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity INE, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through BEF in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity Secretariat in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient Association and the Association Recipient shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity Infrastructure Implementation Unit in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions Conditions, the Co-financing Agreement and the Project this Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementProgram Implementation Plan. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through its PMO-RALG, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project Additional Activities to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the applicable provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is Additional Activities are carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity Entity, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions Ministry of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementEducation. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity Entity, in collaboration with the National Focal Point, in accordance with the provisions of the Project Agreement and Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity Ministry of Primary and Mass Education in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To Project and, to this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the XXX General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Additional Financing Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Additional Financing Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity State in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through its Ministry of Transport, Posts and Telecommunications in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through FMOH in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that carry out the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out Part 1 of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through Ministry of Mines in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause cause: (a) Part A of the Project to be carried out by the Federation; and (b) Part B of the Project Implementing Entity to be carried out by the Republika Srpska, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out Parts A, C, D and E of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause Part A.1 of the Project to be carried out by CBM and Parts A.2 through D of the Project Implementing Entity to be carried out by AGEPMF in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementAgreements. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall implement Part 3 and cause Parts 1 and 2 of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity Entity, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions Conditions, Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause shall: carry out Parts 1 and 3 of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions Conditions; and cause Part 2 of the Project Agreementto be carried out by Thimphu City Corporation in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through MORD in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient Recipient, through MORD, shall ensure that carry out the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Financing Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Financing Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity to carry out the Project, all in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the through its Ministry of Planning and Investment and Project Implementing Entity Provinces in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through its ministry at the Project Implementing Entity time responsible for economic infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity within the Recipient’s territory in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions Conditions, Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity BMPAD in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out Parts 1 (a) (ii), 1 (b) (i) and 3 (b) of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through DOA and DOI in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through its Ministry of Finance, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by Project, through the Project Implementing Entity PMU in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the Operational Manual, the Rural Investment Guidelines and the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity Project, through its Ministry of Natural Resources, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity Project, through its Ministry of MEEATU, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity Office of the Prime Minister in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Original Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Original Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Original Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the Schedule to the Project Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Operation, including the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project and cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions Conditions, Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity Entity, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions Conditions, Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through SAG and SEFIN in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity DOE in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject as set forth in Schedule 1 to this Agreement. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity to carry out the Project, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and of the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out Part C of the Project through RREA and cause Parts A, B and D of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause shall: carry out Parts 1, 2 and 3 of the Project through MTPTC in collaboration with selected Participating Agencies of the Recipient; and cause BMPAD to be carried carry out by Part 4 of the Project Implementing Entity Project, all in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity FSRDC in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project and cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions and, Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity Ministry of Finance in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Additional Financing Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Additional Financing Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out Parts B and C.1 of the Project through its Ministry of Energy and cause Parts A and C.2 of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions Conditions, Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the PNDS. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project and cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions Conditions, Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Original Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Original Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Original Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 I to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through MAEM-RH in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through IARCSC in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause shall: (a) carry out its Respective Activities under the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity Project, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions and Schedule 2 to this Agreement; and (b) cause the Solid Waste Management Institution to be established under Component 2 of the Project Agreement. Without limitation upon (variously the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement“SWMI” and/or the “Project Implementing Entity”) to carry out its Respective Activities under the Project, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Article V of the General Conditions, and the Project Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through its ministry at the Project Implementing Entity time responsible for education in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity Ministry of Public Works and Equipment in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementConditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
