Projected Financial Statements. The Borrower shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent copies of its projected financial statements for a period of four years following the Closing Date (and including a pro forma balance sheet as of the Closing Date), which shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
