Common use of Projects and Contracts Clause in Contracts

Projects and Contracts. (a) The Customer may authorise Users to create and access Projects and produce, collaborate on, assess and approve counterparties, negotiate and execute Contracts. (b) The Customer is responsible for what level of access or use any User has to a Project and/or Contract. (c) The Customer is responsible for arranging any obligations of confidentiality in respect of the Project or Contract if so required. This Agreement does not impose any obligations of Confidentiality upon Users in respect of Projects or Contracts. (d) The Supplier is not responsible or liable in connection with any Project, Contract or its content.
