Promise Not to Acquire Conflicting Interests. Regardless of whether Contractor is designated as an FPPC Filer, Contractor further warrants and represents that Contractor will not acquire, obtain, or assume an economic interest during the term of this contract which would constitute a conflict of interest as prohibited by the Fair Political Practices Act.
