Common use of Promoter and Trustee Agreements Clause in Contracts

Promoter and Trustee Agreements. The Promoter and the Trustee may, and each Subscriber expressly authorizes the Promoter and the Trustee, respectively, to enter into, amend, extend and terminate an agreement between the Promoter and the Trustee, respectively, and the Minister and ESDC, as applicable, in order to provide each Subscriber with access to the Government Funded Benefits pursuant to the Applicable Legislation.
