Promotion and Advancement. 22.4.1 Tenured and tenure-track faculty who receive a promotion shall have their base salary increased by 10% effective September 16 following the promotion. 22.4.2 Instructors who advance to senior instructor shall have their base salary increased by l0%, effective September 16 following the advancement.
