PROMOTION APPLICATIONS. Applications for promotion must be submitted to the Academic Xxxx no later than March 1 preceding the Academic Year in which any promotion would become effective. The Promotion Committee shall review the timely application of any Employee and make its recommendation concerning the granting or denial of promotion. The affirmative vote of a majority of the members of the Committee shall be required for a recommendation to the President to grant a promotion. Employees must meet the minimum criteria for promotion set forth in this Agreement.
