Promotion of Program; Assistance for Green Bank Financing; Payment to Municipality. (1) The Municipality shall use good faith efforts to assist the Green Bank in local marketing efforts and outreach to the local business community to encourage participation in the commercial sustainable energy program, such as including commercial sustainable energy program information on the Municipality’s website, distributing an informational letter from chief elected official to local businesses regarding the program, and conducting one or more business roundtable event(s).
